[01]Channel brief

Command Gator from Email
via IMAP and SMTP

Send and receive email through Gator agents. Inbox triage, drafted replies, scheduled follow-ups — all traced as tickets.

[02] Overview

Inbox as command channel

Connect Gmail or any IMAP provider with app passwords stored in your Secrets vault.

Agents read threads, draft responses, and escalate when human sign-off is required.

Email assignments become first-class tickets alongside Slack, WhatsApp, and dashboard work.

Inbox triage on autopilot

Agents classify, summarize, and draft replies from your knowledge base.

Thread-aware memory

Long email chains stay linked to the same ticket and org context.

Provider-flexible

Gmail, Outlook, or self-hosted — standard IMAP/SMTP credentials.

[05] Governance

You're in charge.

Pause, override, or stop any loop. You stay in control.

You call the shots. Pause a loop, reassign a task, or stop an agent anytime. Autonomy is something you grant — not the default.

Pause.Resume.Override.Reassign.Terminate.

Vaibhav, founder of Gator

Everyone deserves agents that do real work — not just chat. We built Gator to run loops in your browser, and made it free to start.
